• Local/Server Dual-Processing: Most utilities execute locally via client scripts, while image files route to stateless server-side engines processing in-memory.

Your privacy and intellectual property are paramount. Under these terms:

• You retain full copyright and ownership of any file, document, image, audio, or video clip that you load or convert using Craft.
• We do not claim any license, ownership rights, or royalty interests in your files.
• Because we process files locally or temporarily in server memory, we have no physical ability to copy, distribute, publish, or read your files.

To keep the platform fast and free for everyone, you agree NOT to:

• Use automated bots, scripts, or scrapers to make high-frequency requests to our server-side image API routes, causing excessive server load.
• Upload intentionally corrupt files or payloads designed to execute arbitrary code or trigger buffer overflows in our backend.
• Bypass, disable, or interfere with security-related elements of the website.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to compromise server infrastructure safety protocols.

Service Provided 'AS-IS': Craft is provided on an 'AS-IS' and 'AS-AVAILABLE' basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
